Zoom Pillow Series-Zoom 1.0

It’s ok but not worth the price

I love Bedgear however this pillow is very flat and not the best fit according to their guide. It is causing neck pain for my daughter.

I want to be able to give this pillow the 5 star Bedgear pillows have deserved from me in the past. However this particular pillow I am rating a 3 (the assumed comfort offsets the 1 I really want to give it) due to the horrible chemical smell that has not gone away after 3 weeks of airing out daily. Unfortunately I cannot use one of the pillows as it causes a headache each time I try. I have been in contact with both Bedgear and their warranty department and so far have not heard a word. Very disappointed in this one. We ordered two of these pillows; both smell but one is far worse than the other.

This is a nice pillow but not what I was expecting. I was looking to replace a 4 year old Mist 0.0 (now called a Storm) with something just slightly firmer as I have herniated discs in my neck. I called Bedgear and spoke with a rep who told me that the Zoom 1.0 and the Storm 1.0 were the same pillow except for the outer cooling cover and that if I didn't care about the cooling cover (which I don't) the Zoom would work fine for me. However although they hypothetically have the same filling the two pillows feel COMPLETELY different. The Mist feels incredibly soft and cushiony and I love it. The Zoom is soft but not as soft and I can feel the shredded fill inside (which I could not feel on the Mist). I even used the bedgear pillow protector with it and could still feel that filling. It's not awful in any way and perhaps most people wouldn't notice or mind but I was very used to something different. I have now ordered a Storm 1.0 and am awaiting delivery--hope it's as comfortable as my Mist has been. Overall though Bedgear makes AWESOME pillows!
