I have been using the 1X for about a week. I am very happy with it. It puts me in good alignment and I feel my muscles relax. The curve in the pillow seems like such a simple thing but it is brilliant! I find the curve allows for more room for my shoulders. The pillow is soft but provides great support at the same time. I sleep with a mouth guard because I grind my teeth and some pillows in the past have been too hard or high which caused pain in my mouth as the guard got squished from the pillow. This pillow has not caused that problem and my jaw remains in a good position through the night. So far I am a big fan!
