Overall it's a good pillow. It's pretty firm just not as firm as my old bedgear pillow that was super firm and the best pillow ever. This one is still pretty good though and the firmest bedgear offers now. I got the 2.0 since the 3.0 wasn't available but I'm glad I got the 2.0. I think it's the prefect height despite being a giant man with broad shoulders who sleeps on their side.

This pillow is definitely one if you’re mainly looking for head and neck elevation. Took a nights sleep to get used to but it is great I can’t say it is perfect because it is definitely not the best pillow in the world but do not get me wrong this greatly improved my sleep and I will be using this for a long time. Both sides are firm but one side is just a little more relaxed for those nights you don’t need too much neck elevation.
