DELIVERY
We delivery, set-up, and haul away all for no additional charge.
Yes. We can remove old furniture to haul to the dump or to a relative's home. You may also choose to sell your old furniture on consignment in our Bargain Basement.
FURNITURE
All of our items are available to purchase off the floor for quick delivery or pick-up. In addition, we stock many items in our warehouse and have access to additional inventory at our other locations.
Many of our items are available in additional colors or finishes. We keep some additional options in stock, but we can also custom order your furniture in whatever color or fabric option you choose.
Yes, we have repair technicians at all of our locations who can perform both warranty service and repair work for an extra charge. We will repair furniture whether it was purchased from us or not.
We are proud to carry one of the largest collections of La-Z-Boy recliners in the state. We also stock recliners from Southern Motion, Flexsteel, Best, and Ashley.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders often cost the same price as the one you see on the floor. However, an item may cost more if the chosen fabric is more expensive to make or if the selected wood chosen is a more expensive product to work with. We do not charge extra simply because it is a special order.
We wish there was one simple answer to give, but all furniture companies operate on different time schedules. If the company has fewer options for fabrics or colors, the wait time may be shorter (typically 4-5 weeks). If it is a custom order made for your specific choices, it will likely be a longer wait of 6-8 weeks.
HOURS
Please check each location for specific store hours. We stay open late on Thursdays in both Kearney and Hastings. But, if you let us know in advance, we will always stay late to meet you at your convenience.
FLOORING
Our installers are independent contractors who do a majority of their work for us. All of the paperwork, payments, and warranty will go through Bruce Furniture to make sure you are taken care of and everything is covered.
PRICING
Yes, we will give you a sale price on special order items if you purchase during a sale promotion.

RETURN POLICY
We don’t want something in your home you are not happy with. Any in stock furniture purchase may be returned with in 10 days for exchange or 100% refund. Any special orders may be returned with 10 days for exchange. No extra fees will be charged.
